General Classroom Expectations:
Students must engage in behavior that is respectful, responsible, and safe. More specific expectations are as follows:

The class (students and teacher) will work together to promote a positive, fun, and engaging learning environment.

The teacher will fully explain directions for assignments and provide examples. If students do not understand the directions, it is their responsibility to ask for clarification.

While working independently, the class should remain quiet and focused on their school work. While working in groups, students will work collaboratively with their group members and speak respectfully to each other.

Students will resolve conflict (with teacher intervention as needed) in a respectful manner.

Students and the teacher will follow all school-wide rules and expectations including, but not limited to, cell phone policy, uniform policy, and acting in a respectful, responsible, and safe manner.
