Allison L. Graham teaches Pre-AP Theater, Acting I, and Technical Theater. She created the Technical Theater program at Perth Amboy High School which now includes classes and after-school opportunities. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Studies from Montclair State University and a Master of Arts in Theater Education from Regent University. In 2019, her research on William Shakespeare was published in The Supernatural Paradigm: Classifying Supernatural Elements within Shakespearean Plays.

She has directed more than 25 stage productions across K–12 and college, including Mamma Mia, Matilda, Once on This Island, Freaky Friday, Hamlet, Romeo & Juliet, Man of La Mancha, Frozen, Annie, Into the Woods, and more.

As Technical Director for the Spring Musical, Ms. Graham develops backstage opportunities for over 70 student crew members in areas such as makeup design, stage management, props, dramaturgy, and costumes. Her teams have been recognized with a Marquee Award for Mean Girls (“Best Student-Led Team: Costumes”). In 2023, Perth Amboy High School earned the Marquee Award for Best Overall Production with Into the Woods, along with several additional honors.

She is actively involved in extracurricular arts programs within the district. As Director of the Summer Theater Program, she fosters performance skills for students in grades 3–9 while also providing technical theater training for high school volunteers and alumni.

At Perth Amboy High School, Ms. Graham also serves as advisor to the Theater Club and the Fashion Club.
