My name is Mr. McEnerney(Mr. Mac). Before accepting the position of culinary teacher, I was employed with Perth Amboy Public Schools for 14 years as a paraprofessional.  Cooking has always been a passion of mine.  I have been in the food service industry for over 30 years.  I have worked for Catering Halls in North Jersey, as well as chain restaurants such as Red Lobster and Smashburger.  I enjoy making a variety of dishes, and I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge and expertise with you.
