The Panther L.I.F.E. Transition Skills Program at Perth Amboy High School provides students with sustained and meaningful Community Based-Instruction (CBI) and Work-Based Learning (WBL) opportunities in our nearby community. These activites will give learners the opportunity to acquire a variety of skills that will enable each individual to successfully transition to postsecondary experiences. CBI provides an opportunity for individuals to learn about career exploration and career awareness as well as how to appropriately participate in recreation, leisure, and community living. WBL provides an opportunity for learners to develop vocational skills through hands-on learning experiences.
