Daily attendance is very important to make sure your child succeeds. Please keep the following in mind when choosing if your child should stay home.

• While students should not be in school when they are sick, illness is not considered an excused absence. Please make sure your child comes back with a doctor's note.
• The only days that are considered excused absences are religious holidays, Veterans Day, and Take Your Child to Work Day. Please make sure a note is sent in with your child for these as well.
