Hello! My name is Grazielle Pretico and I am the Nontraditional School Psychologist at James J. Flynn School. Currently, my role includes supporting general education students who may need additional services during their time at Flynn School.  I am here to help coordinate and provide services for students through our Multi-Tiered System of Support. I have experience working with students throughout the district in grades Prek-4^thgrade.  I am excited to continue my work here at Flynn School with our students and their families.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Montclair State University. I earned a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology with a Professional Diploma in School Psychology from New Jersey City University. I am a Nationally Certified School Psychologist through the National Association of School Psychologists.

I believe in the importance of social-emotional learning for all students. I believe it is important that we teach students ways to maintain their social and emotional well-being so they can excel in their academic performance. My goal at Flynn school is to ensure every child receives the supports and services they need to succeed!
